FSorb panels enhance a pool’s visual design while shaping its soundscape. We stock panels in a variety of colors, and designers can use FSorb panels to enhance their design rather than having to change their design to incorporate sound panels.
Our panels can also be cut into shapes, combined into clusters, or used to display logos for sponsors or teams. We can print art directly onto the panels.
FSorb comes from recycled materials
Plastic survives for decades and even centuries in our landfills, lakes, and oceans. Fifty years of consumer plastics have been terrible for our environment. That’s one reason we chose to use recycled plastic in FSorb panels.
Each panel we make converts the longevity of plastic from an environmental liability into a strength, keeping this material from being thrown away. We use PET, Type 1 plastic, the original kind, which is the easiest to recycle. A material that can survive decades in a landfill lasts even longer in the open air when shaped into a sound panel that’s installed around your pool.
And if or when you no longer need your FSorb panels, you can easily recycle them at any polyester recycling facility.
FSorb bounces back
Compared to traditional sound panels, FSorb can survive a lot. If violent weather were to detach an FSorb panel from a pool fence, for example, or send a leaf skimmer flying into an installed panel, there’s a good chance the panel would survive and be able to resume its useful life.
Traditional sound panels in these scenarios would likely suffer internal structural damage, or their adhesives would fail, requiring replacement.
FSorb has no separate internal structure and uses no adhesives. Unless they’re melted in a fire or snapped in two by a tropical storm, it’s hard to damage these panels.
FSorb is Easy to Take Down and Put Back
Some seasonal pool owners like to take down their sound panels during the colder months when the pool is closed.
FSorb makes this easy. We designed our panels to integrate seamlessly with standard building materials. Plus, any point on the panel can be used to attach the panel to a wall or fence. There’s no need to target the substructure of the panel for anchoring.
Being so easy to install means most FSorb installations are easy to uninstall and reinstall later.
