Core Specifications
Acoustic Rating: Delivers a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.50.
Dimensions: Available in a standard 1/2" thickness across full-size (48"96") and modular (24"48") formats.
Applications: Engineered for offices, corridors, transition spaces, conference rooms, education facilities, and retail environments.
Timbul provides extensive flexibility to match specific project requirements and aesthetics:
Precision Etching: V-groove widths and depths are fully customizable, ranging from fine, shallow scoring to wider, deeper grooves.
Color & Print: Available in dozens of solid colors, ranging from Light Beige and Moss Green to Midnight Blue and Charcoal, alongside custom Print Collections.
Graphic Contrast: Grooves can be routed before printing for continuous graphic coverage or after printing to expose the contrasting core material. Panel edges remain the selected solid color.
Curved: For projects utilizing curved geometry, custom sampling is recommended to verify the bend radius and visual appearance, as tight curves depend on material limitations and scoring configurations.
